"Coordinator" is probably a better description of what I am proposing.
"Maintainer" is too strong.
Or maybe even "Release Team Representative".
I simply think each module (including KOffice) should have a person
(and a backup person?) who can help make release decisions with
the needs of that module in mind -- a person who knows something of
the future planning for that module; etc. I'm not talking about someone
who takes charge of all aspects of the module and is the final authority
for all module decisions.
