Release Dude? ;) ok, besides being sexist, that's sort of what we're after; i 
agree with your point on maintainer being too strong. personally i really 
like the term "Release Coordinator" but then i'm odd like that. so ... extra 
salt on this one. ;)

i don't think we need to go so formal as "Release Team Representative" ... 
besides being longer than i'd ever want to type ;)
