Modules and Maintainers

KOffice has a release coordinator (Boudewijn Rempt for 2.0), is unaffected by 
the work of the release team (as long as they released kdelibs ;p ) and has 
even a completely different release schedule.

As for apps and filters that doesn't work and are unmaintained, that's sad but 
that's life and was expected with all the work that have happen on the 
frameworks.
