[rekonq] middleClick patch

Today I worked a bit on rekonq translations and API clean/fix. Then, following 
the "rekonq & kwin --> multitasking browser" spirit I prepared this patch 
(middleClick branch on mainline).

This patch let users completely disable tabbed browsing when de-selecting the 
"Open links in new tabs instead of new Windows" option (default: true).
Please, test it and say me if it is a good thing for 0.5 or has to be 
postponed.
