[rekonq] git global config

Hi all,
Someone from KDE people noticed that in our commits there are some with 
invalid names and emails.
I follow a bit our commit log and noticed just Lionel's invalid email. 
Couldn't search in all your remote clones.

I recommend everyone here to update its git global configuration before 
committing one line of code more.
To do it, just:

$ git config --global user.name "your real name here"
$ git config --global user.email "one your valid email here"
