[rekonq] Bug in Cookie-Handling

Dear Rekonq-team,

I just wanted to point you to a bug in cookie-handling. It is not specific to 
Rekonq, since you seem to share the cookies with other KDE-components. It is 
already reported as bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=209182
but assigned to Konqueror devs, but since Konqueror development is not really 
going on, they do not seem to care. I hope, you may be more interessted and 
have a look at this.
For me it is among my most hated bugs, since once it is triggered by changing 
a setting for a single cookie, I am asked to set a cookie setting for all the 
pages I browse. This is especially annoying, when having many feeds read :-(

In the bug description I describe how to reproduce it. Even though I am not 
100% sure about all conditions how to do this, I think it should be not so 
difficult to trace it.  If there are any things I can do to help this, please 
let me know.
