Wasn't the awesomebar also scheduled for rekonq 0.3.0?
I read in the mailing list that the default searchengine bug will not be fixed 
because of the upcoming awesomebar integration. Can't wait for this :-)

And I like "last visited sites" better. It sounds less technical.
