[Raptor-Menu] Development status of the menu

Well to be honest, we should have some API discussion before starting to code.
We need:
-DataPlugin
-UiPlugin
-BackgroundPlugin (mostly done)

When the DataPlugin-API is defined I will work on the first plugin, which will 
be done rather quickly I guess.
