Model Server is coming along.

I am almost done the model server stuff. I am thinking I will hold off and put my planned 0.1 and 0.2 out as just 0.1

0.1 will then be
QSqlTableModel
QSqlQueryModel (read only)

CsvFileModel (read only)
List model (file or explicit) (read only)
Update support (table model only)

0.2 then will be:
Tree views.
Performance enhancements.

I'm still waiting for people to to the web-client side of things.
