Plasma as a broader project needs to have a discussion around what it wants
to support on mobile platforms, and what sort of toolchain / C runtime it
will support there.
Alpine is intended for those that need to ensure support is maintained for
musl, which is more minimal that the BSD C or glibc implementations present
on FreeBSD and Linux normally.
If Plasma Mobile as an effort needs musl support, then the parts of Plasma
that the mobile stack requires need to have Alpine jobs added.
This job is failing because KWin lacks an Alpine job, but KWin is a good
part of the way up a dependency stack that means a good number of Plasma
repos would need to be Alpine enabled to make that work.
It should be noted that adding additional computational capacity to our
Alpine jobs is not possible, as Hetzner does not currently have ARM
hardware available to rent, and very few in the way of other providers make
ARM available as an option (and where they do it is cost prohibitive)
