Plasma CI Health Check (September 28, 2026)

Please work on fixing CI that is failing in master, I will 
remove/disable any on their 4th week failing. It is very important that 
CI is passing.

• 82 monitored repos
• 3 failing CI in master
• 2 configured for auto-repeating tests
• 95% of repos configured to require passing tests

Good news: 4 repos fixed

Bad news: 1 new repo failing, 2 repos still failing

*Very bad news*: kde-gtk-config is on its 5th week failing (1 week extra 
allowance due to Akademy); the failing job has now been disabled with
