I have a few MRs pending that I want to discuss targeting them for 6.8:

- https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-desktop/-/merge_requests/3156 
reworks the screenreader management. Mostly a refactoring but fixes some 
nasty state inconsistencies when switching between Plasma and Gnome

- https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-login-manager/-/merge_requests/44 
major accessibility feature, depends on aforementioned MR

- https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/8883, another 
major accessibility feature. Marked as draft because it implements a 
proposed Wayland protocol, but parts of it can be merged independently 
and are already an improvement

- https://invent.kde.org/plasma/libplasma/-/merge_requests/1442 + 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/libplasma/-/merge_requests/1446, minor 
refactoring in libplasma, but breaks API. IMO makes sense to target 6.8 
since that already breaks API in libplasma.
