Including kup in Plasma release schedule

[Bhushan Shah]

Hello,

There was some discussion to include kup as part of KDE Plasma release
schedule to provide a first-class backup/restore solution in Plasma itself.

Right now there are no automated releases of kup and plan is to change that
and move it in Plasma release schedule.

https://invent.kde.org/system/kup/-/work_items/31

Any thoughts on this? If there are no objections, I will make this part of
Plasma 6.8 repositories list.

Best Regards,
Bhushan
