Missing mouse pointer in KWin on Wayland with Etnaviv

No, as it is unsupported workflow.. don't expect fixes for that :-P

About panel issue, the issue is at first start-up the plasmashell
crashed and configuration was corrupted, can you try deleting
~/.config/plasma* files? and restart shell?

About mouse though I've no ideas, mgraesslin or d_ed might have ideas
