kdeplasma-addons: mediaframe vs frame

Hi,

Does kdeplasma-addons/applets/mediaframe replace
kdeplasma-addons/applets/frame? If so, please
 1. Remove the source code for "frame" from the repo. It's just
dangling code, CMakeLists.txt does not reference it.
 2. Rename "Media frame" back to "Picture Frame" to let the users
coming from KDE 4.x find it more easily.

I can make a review request fixing the above after somebody gives me a
green light.
