If you are changing more than 150 bugs please do ask sysadmin to
perform this.  We have methods available which allow the changes to be
made without sending out emails.

The reason I ask is because the last time someone changed a large
number of bugs we were temporarily blacklisted by GMX and Yahoo (due
to exceeding delivery quantity limits), and it took several days to
drain the queue of mails to the recipients, which interfered in their
mailing list subscriptions.
