first you should check this wiki

contains some useful informations about building
KDE applications. Also another cool tool for building KDE software is
kdesrc-build <http://kdesrc-build.kde.org/>.
It appears that you are missing this file FindKDE4Internal.cmake, probably
your are
missing a package named kdelibs-devel or something.
