i'm fine with the option, but the default is wrong. one of the primary reasons
for having it there is specifically to be able to debug configuration related
issues.
so it should default to the pre-existing behaviour of saving and restoring
config. deleting the config file is an easy way to reset, using the config dialog
is often a viable and very simple optin too. so having the -pr flag[1] is
great, the implementation looks fine, but the default is backwards.
[1] does that even work? i thought those flags had to be single character? if
that does work: neat and kudos to KCmdLineOptions
