How to do a Plasma runner which only triggers once the query string is complete?

What does a 'stops typing' mean? Some people type faster, some slower.
Some have lengthy pauses between words some don't. You can't tell
whether somebody stopped typing.

KRunner has a small delay - so it doesn't search for every key
pressed, but if it waits for more than half a second, it will appear
slow.
