yeah, is my feeling as well, i would really like to try to start over from 
scratch (with the excuse of a new tool)

I agree on principle, but wouldn't it make people scream "omg the kde 
development is so close"?
a karma system on reporters as ivan said seems a good idea (looking for bug 
trackers with this feature, found none talking about it so far :/)
