from the OCS side: there is a "depends" file, and entries can return what they 
depend on.

there are two implementation holes in this right now on the plasma side:

* synchrotron currently ignores depends

* we don't currently have a way of designating the depends in, e.g., our 
metadata.desktop files

the second point is a problem of sorts already for local script usage. so we 
need to fill that hole first. then synchrotron could harvest that data and 
include depends data in listings and accept depends filters in searches.
