Prefetching in Comic Strip plasmoid

this would be nice, i think, though it's obviously up to the comic strip 
widget maintainer. :) questions:

* is there a need for it to be optional, or is it fine to simply always 
prefetch?

* if i start at today's strip and start working my way backwards, should it 
pre-fetch the previous comic instead of the next comic? iow, should it 
prefetch in the direction i navigate until i change navigation?
