Yes.

As Aaron pointed out in IRC, we will have SVN if there are ever legal
questions. For projects where technical questions can be answered with
deep history (and kwin certainly sounds like one), then it should be
preserved for sure. Kicker, not so much.

So in my first iteration at least, I will track kwin and kdm. I won't
worry too much about other projects pre-4.0.
