That was a joke, but if it would be needed then it don't need to be
separate dialog.
It could for example replace preview area with editor.

Yes, without changing policy it will became mess.

Well, most of applets (or maybe all) from that module don't need to stick
with main release cycle (but in fact it's true to many real applications
from other modules too, which have sometimes automatically increased
version number without changes).
Also having two places to put applets is bad, it's better to have on but
with categories.
