Simply for have possibility to manage windows that are not manageable  
using task manager (and are very hard to manage when for example  
minimized). ;-)

So maybe it should be discussed with KWin developers?
These methods use DBus to ask KWin to execute these actions.
These two methods could be also exposed somehow in libkworkspace to not  
force using of the whole class.
