"Show Only Icons" tasks in Panel Task Manager

Yes... I understand that... I just thought I could share my patch as it is 
laying around here anyways and there seem to be other people too wanting this 
feature.

Well, In my case its not that there is not enough space... I want the panel to 
show only icons regardless of the space available... Anyways, feel free to use 
my patch and change it however you like.

Its not (only) because its buggy... I don't feel like having a windows 7 
cloned panel on my desktop. The original tasks plasmoid is just fine for me 
except the only icons thing.

Anyways, I will keep on patching my local copy of the panel. Or perhaps 
throwing out some other settings (like the row settings - useless if there are 
shown only icons) and create another tasks plasmoid? We'll see what future 
brings :)
