Summary
-------

I have seen this bug (in the screenshot) in everything that uses the Plasma::Delegate to paint its items. I wrote some code to fix it, so please tell me if this is good enough to go into trunk.

EDIT: I am noticing that on the items with the gradient, it really starts to slow down. Any suggestions?
