Summary
-------

Since i really felt need for background changing via dbus methods (maybe for a wallpaperChooser applet ?? ) i tried to implement that. Anyway i didn't figure out how to make this *per-desktop* so i wait for hints. Hope to have this for 4.2.

Testing

It actually changes my wallpaper according to the qstring argument saving it in the right config file.
