at least a laptop, hopefully a whiteboard will also be present (though if 
there is remember to write LARGE and CLEARLY on it). to keep things moving, 
we'll just use my laptop for the entire thing (so no time spent/lost swapping 
laptops about).

if you need something special on my laptop, let me know. if you have special 
visual aids such as slides, get them to me before the frenzy (email, usb 
stick, whatever)
