Lock/logout interactions

i actually use the logout applet instead of kickoff entries, one problem is 
that the switch user option is not available on that applet (and putting 
three icons in it would become a little bit busy)
iirc some eons ago kde (2? or still in 3?) had a logout applet in kicker by 
default, don't know the reasons it was removed (maybe i'm totally wrong here 
i rarely see the defaults :D)
