meeting wrap up

today's irc meeting went pretty well ...

the following outcomes were made:

- new website content being worked

- nuno will work on new artwork for website; catch up later

- use CHANGELOG for new features and signifcant fixes 

-  set up separate ML for bugs

- do not re-create widgets just to re-create widgets, reimplement paint on 
existing ones instead

- feature list for 4.2 filled out and separated into priority features and 
regular features at:

http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.2_Feature_Plan#kdebase-workspace
