[PATCH] Picture navigation for the frame plasmoid

The behavior should be exactly the same than for lightbox. If it is not the
case for you, there is a bug in my patch :).
The only difference is that the labels appear only after a timeout so they
don't popup when you just move the mouse over the frame.
Does it never work properly or do you have a special workflow ?

I find the behavior quite simple, but do you think a sort of toolbar would
be better ? I find it a bit too heavy and intrusive. Or maybe, instead of
hiding the non-active label, display both when the mouse is over the frame
and highlight "Next" or "Previous" depending on the mouse position.
