Well, then those are not good icons then (I don't think I mentioned it before).

Ok, the point is to provide distinct shapes for those widgets.

And I can do false test on myself (but not positive test though) -- if I can have to think each time if blue triangle is maximize or maybe it was green triangle, then for handicapped person it has to be a killer -- is gray triangle is for maximize or is it the gray triangle.
