Webkit applet

Hi,

If I would like run this test:
http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/KDE/kdebase/workspace/plasma/scriptengines/webkit/code/test.html?revision=809864&view=markup
in a webapplet plugin how should I install it? Add Widgets->Install New 
Widgets->Install from File does not seem to offer way to add it?
