agreed. the API needs some review and work (in particular allowing either a 
QWidget or a QGraphicsItem for widgt()) and how we will provide such Applet 
specializations deserves some thought, but ths does belong in libplasma IMHO.

kdeplasma-addons is part of kde now, so this isn't necessary.
