Wallpaper

Hi,

I was wondering if containment background(wallpaper) and toolbox(cashew) could 
be just applets. This would separate wallpaper rendering as I think was 
planned and would enable people to run e.g. marble applet as they desktop 
background. Does this sound too complex or maybe something that could 
actually be something?
