you get 12 months. work i've done in layouts and other places will be gone in
about 2 ;) it's part of the process of weaning people off of the past and

ah, no, i mean in grouping items visually. the handle no longer actually
paints behind the applet.

selection is an interesting question actually. it's interesting that nobody
has actually mentioned anything about this missing yet. perhaps everything
else is pissing them off more. i don't know. but multiple selection hasn't
become an issue.
i wonder if we can keep ahead of the curve and provide better ways of working
that don't ever require selecting multiple applets (as opposed to selecting
multiple items *in* an applet)... food for though.
