[Panel-devel] Executable dataengine

Hi,

Added executable dataengine to the playground that can run e.g. shell script 
and return it's output. I don't know if this can replace support for 
script/python data engines, but at least I have some cases where 'shell 
script dataengine' will be handy :-)
