[Panel-devel] Engines in 3rd party applications...

If a 3rd party application (as in application that is not plasma itself) wants 
to fetch data from some plasma's engine using Plasma::DataEngine object, will 
it create a new engine object (and load the list of engines etc.) or are they 
shared between all plasma-based apps?
