The key of the hash is holding which screen the geometry represents. I'm not 
really familiar with xinerama or multiple displays so I'm not sure how 
important that information is...

He (assuming Felix is a male name ;) didn't specifically identify it as 
plasma, but he reported it as a problem. He's commented several times on the 
novell bug report and did the hard work in finding out how they'd fixed it 
for ksplashx. He also tested my patch which is how we found that kwin would 
also need to account for this case.
