Should we keep the ability to resize applets? Right now, there are
also some appearance problems. First of all, when I designed the
standard background caching (should this be replaced with the new
caching?), and Aaron confirmed that applets would not be bigger than
normal size. Also, the standard background svg is just composed of
pngs. If we want to have applets bigger than normal, we would need to
fix this.

What about providing an option for rotation. For example, the frame
applet needs rotations so it should enable it. (Having different
hover icons is not good).
Also, i thought buttons would be overlayed on top of the plasmoid on
the bottom right horizontally...
