Well, lack of manpower I'd say. After all just me and pinheiro are really 
working on the artistic side of plasma... Ivan showed some skills in some 
works for lancelot (the icon for example), but he didn't design anything yet, 
and maybe he isn't even so good at doing that (no idea).
For 4.1 the icons will take definiitely much less time and so we will be able 
to help with making the whole thing to LookGood™.
