[Panel-devel] Icons settings in the desktop config gui

As Alex mentioned about one of the options was going to be to show device
icons.  The other options I was considering was to display 'Computer',
'Network Places', and 'Home' icons.  The options would be to show/hide these
as well.  These features aren't implemented yet but I plan on implementing
them soon.
