You will need a VCS forensic expert for that ;-) Do you know whether it's 
possible to obtain the CVS history of a deleted file? The first CVS log from 
browserbutton.cpp says: "Split panelbutton.{h|cpp} into separate files." So 
the CVS history of panelbutton.cpp would be useful here.
