hmm. it seems that this information was lost =( it's almost certainly safe 
enough to say that Firebaugh, Elter, Wilco Greven, Stefan Nikolaus and myself 
were the ones to touch this file in a meaningful way. it's not necessary to 
list every individual who ever touched the file (we don't do that when 
keeping proper track of copyright anyways) just those who modified it in a 
meaningful manner.
