[Panel-devel] another "fun" job

a number of the files in kicker refer to the AUTHORS file in the copyright 
notice. this is clearly bogus. if code is reused that references the AUTHORS 
file in the copyright, it will need to have `svn log` run over it and the 
name actual contributors that are also in the AUTHORS file put in the 
copyright assignment. *sigh*
