[Panel-devel] Kicker and Startmenu - Usability Work and Wiki

Hi all,

let us shortly introduce ourselfs - Katrin Goetzer and Bjoern Balazs - we are 
working as usability professionals in Berlin at relevantive and are founding 
members of the Open Usability e.V. - Most of you probably know relevantive 
from Ellen and Jan - and of course from OpenUsability.org.

We have followed the discussion about the new KDE-Start-Menu with intrest from 
the distance so far - and would like to contribute with some ideas to the 
project:

1. Ellen has set up a wiki, where ideas  can be discussed. We would like to 
invite you all to participate and share ideas:

2. We have created a very rough prototype of a totally new approach to the 
problem of controlling your system. Please feel invited to take a look and to

Here you can find some ideas from celeste as well - we would also like to 
integrate more ideas here at one place so - hopefully - a lively discussion 
can start.
