[Owncloud] bookmarks not showing

I have add issue after upgrading 5.0.11 and that is bookmarks no longer 
show up.  I should say they are there on the page but not visable.  If 
you move the mouse cursor of the page, the mouse icon will change to 
show there is a link and if you click on it it does bring up that page, 
it's just the links are invisible.

Any ideas how to fix this?  I have setup my own theme so not sure if I 
missed a file/s to put into the the theme area.

This issue happens on all web browsers (IE, Chrome, Safari and Firefox).
