Hi List,

instead of selling a hole PC with OC preinstalled, it would be possible to
provide an minimal Linux distribution based on Debian or something else
with OC preinstalled for Rapberry Pis (like Raspbmc which offers XMBC).
That would offer an easy way to get an OC instance. And there is no
investment risc by producing and selling any hardware.

Are there any ideas like that? Or is someone working on something like that?

Best,
RoboMod

The original idea was to build nicely preconfigured Linux PCs as
alternative to Windows and Mac PCs. We charged 50,- EUR more than the pure

right drivers installed, a telephone support hotline where you can call if

contracts with manufacturing partners are still here. Someone just has to

accessing small files, adressbook, calendar??

However installing & configuring such OC instance is still a big
obstacle!
