Well, there's Raspbian (www.raspbian.org) and there are various OC package in 
Debian (only sid and experimental atm, so no stable/wheezy) 
(http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=owncloud).
That could be a start, but I have no idea whether Raspbian does or has any 
plans outside stable.
